  • Membership is open to anyone! Since our organization is focused on collaborating with and supporting active elected and appointed officials currently serving in government, there will be additional exclusive and customized programs and benefits for these members.

  • Members have the opportunity to engage with the largest network of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander leaders in government, business, and our communities across the country. Our members are those who serve in government, amplify our collective voices on vital issues impacting our communities, and strengthen more AAPI representation in government. Join AAPI LEAD to mobilize together in sharing our unique advocacy, cultures, and stories!

  • An elected official is any person elected by the public voting in a general or special election to fill any executive, legislative or judicial office on the local, state or federal level. An Elected Official member of AAPI LEAD must be currently serving in their elected role. Staff members verify status as needed for exclusive events and programs.

  • An Appointed Official is any person who is appointed by a higher authority, such as the President or other high-ranking official(s), rather than being elected by the public. An Appointed Official member of AAPI LEAD must be currently serving in their appointed role. Staff members verify status as needed for exclusive events and programs.

  • Membership is valid for one year from the day you sign up. 

  • Members will receive a renewal notice two months before their membership is set to expire. Renewals may be paid by check payable to AAPI LEAD Foundation or credit card.

  • The AAPI LEAD Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (#99-4433205). Your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Written acknowledgment for any single charitable contribution of $250 or more will be sent to the donor at year end. For more tax information, please consult a tax professional.
